A little less or a little S'more?

Don't hate me, Kids. But, my latest weekend baking ~ S'more Cupcake. Making and toasting the marshmallow was too much fun! Sticky but fun. (Careful with your comments on that one, people! Behave.)

  4. jane...anything I can do to help spread unbearable pain around the world! ;)

kelly...need to tweak the recipe really. Still not quite there just yet. But any good chocolate cake, top it with buttered graham cracker crumbs, and some marshmallow fluff (I used Ina Garten's recipe for homemade marshmallows. Though a little too stiff in the final outcome for my purposes.) Anyway, I'm guessing this combo in any shape or form ain't gonna be that bad anyway! ;)

kelly...it'd show up smooshed alright! Unless of course, the marshmallow acted like a sugary packing peanut? Hmmm? ;)

  5. ditto to what jane said... killing me too. cuppies are my secret weakness. i'm trying to contain my drooling but each and every time your creations appear before my eyes, my mouth waters.

could you be so kind as to post me one too? like Kelly, i don't even mind if it's smooshed when it arrives ;)

  7. carrie...would it be any easier if I showed an "after" pic of an empty wrapper? One day YOU may actually get to taste one in person! :)

alissa...Oh that's awesome that you made the S'more Pie! Tasty, huh? Since my marshmallow was a little too stiff for the cupcakes I went to the S'more Pie recipe as it looked a bit softer and fluffier. Yes? That will likely be for attempt number 2. Like I need MORE cupcakes lying around the house!
