    Now that's a serious piece of chocolate cake -- definitely the way dessert should be done. Looks like you had a fantastic weekend, Beefy. I wish I could have had that view, but instead I had to make due with good food in LA.

    Beefy, unlike the weather... (yep, it's still not warm enough in nyc either) you never let us down. I've had cake on the brain for the last week thanks to a new cook book purchase. Gorgeous photos! I should be there now.

    PS I found something upstate this weekend that I know you're going to love. Will share it soon.

    dreamday... Yep! Beer & cake and it wasn't too bad of a combo, lemme tell ya'! I'm thrilled for some sun even if it was chilly!

    Oh yes...beer is best accompanied by a piece of cake! Ha. Love the photos, Uncle! And if it's too cold over there, come on down to L.A. it will melt your heart! My weekend was sweet. Ice cream, birthdays, and film festival premieres.

    Looks like a perfect day!!! I absolutely love that new little restaurant - they have some great gluten-free bread for sandwiches . . . and I recently had one of their Tuna Melt sandwiches - very yummy!!

    heading to B.I tomorrow to have dinner with friends and see his gallery show at Black Bird Bakery (another yummy place you should try) but i may need to stop by this place and have some of that cake!!!
