  2. Wow, Jane! Woosh! I think you just won the record for fastest comment ever made!

It's a great space isn't it? Now, how to get beige carpet and popcorn ceilings to look like that? ;)

  8. This space is incredible -- nothing about it looks small. You always find the best NYC spaces, Uncle Beefy. I wish I could fly you out when I get there to help me find one too.

  9. I gave my vote to Jordan in Brooklyn! This competition has come at the perfect time for me, since I'm moving to New York next month and the apartment will be MUCH tinier than the one I currently live in in Sweden. Such a challenge to adapt, so the inspiration is very appreciated.

  12. What an amazing floor plan. 397 sq feet? Funny enough, I had a 398 sq foot beach apartment that was just right! There was even a walk in closet and separate kitchen. The layout of the floor plan makes all the difference!

  13. If my little space of a place looked like this, I don't think I'd complain ever again. Maybe. ;)
