The label itself made me weak in the knees -- I can only imagine how fantastic the candy must be! Happy Weekend, Uncle B!
Awe. I love the packaging. When your are done eating the candy you could fill the bottle with a love letter and throw it out to sea. Oh, dear.
I want candy! Yum.Always nice to stop on by Uncle.Your posts add just the bit of zip I need!
my great-grandfather always had a handful of hard-candy to give us...my favorite was strawberry. going to order a few and imagine pop-paw cq standing by my side.
I wonder how much it costs. The package is awesome but the candy doesn't look that expensive, you know?
OOOH! I love these! Makes me think of my great grandma who always hard a stash of old fashioned hard candies in her dresser. Hoarhound? Is that how you spell it? I cannot imagine that it's whorehound...ahahaha!BTW-I got my piggy bag last week before I left town and it is the cutest thing I have ever seen. I LOVE it and you!xoxo

i hope they taste as great as the look. the old packaging is just perfect.
Great packaging - there is definitely such a resurgence in old fashioned candy - we have the Old Sweet Shoppe here in Limerick which really walks you back down memory lane- good for the soul in a recession.
it's all in the packaging, love it!of course i wouldn't be able to decide which one to buy, i like the look of them all lined up :)
