  1. Who says you can't have vintage style in a modern home? Or better -- maybe buy a little piece of land somewhere you find perfectly peaceful and put a little pre-fab there, just a getaway spot.

  2. I love modern houses, too. They usually mean less work. No, I think there is something quite vintage about pre-fab. I love your photos. They are so crisp.

  3. I have this ongoing wishlist, and a prefab home placed on the perfect sea side property is at the top! You will come for some delicious goodies and bubbly, right?

  5. I am obsessed with modern pre-fab houses, and I'm constantly trying to figure out how I can squeeze one into my teeny backyard!

  6. A modern home offers you more of a clean slate. Doesn't mean you can't fill it with vintage treasures, not to mention a margarita.

  7. these are fantastic! i was looking at my horrifically large collection of unread Sunset magazines this morning and came across one with a feature on these rolling cabins in Washington state - totally amazing..like little pre-fabs on wheels that you can put in the most picturesque spots...simply gorgeous!
