  4. oh my goodness, i've been on a major coconut kick lately. for some reason i've wanted coconut everything--fro yo, chai tea, smoothies, creme brulee, ice cream. so coconut desserts are right up my alley these days!!

  5. Love coconut but hubby hates it......wish there was some way to sneak it by him.I just usually end up eating the whole coconut dessert....by myself.Good but bad, if you know what I mean.

  7. i love coconut and it's so good for you too! but i know so many people who don't, who knew it was an acquired taste. i use coconut milk kefir in the mornings for my fruit smoothies.

  9. oh i love coconut desserts! and the cookbooks by lori longbotham are awesome. i have her luscious chocolate and luscious lemon cookbooks. they are incredible. :) excited to try this one out!!
