  11. Hi Beefy, everyone in Seattle whose mouth is watering over this must check out "Ocho" in Ballard (www.ochhoballard.com). It's this great little tapas joint on NW Market, and they have the most amazing Pan con Chocolate (chocolate on toast with almonds, truffle oil, flor de sal) for a mere $3! a.maz.ing.

  12. holy hot chocolate beefy! I have got to go get this issue - chocolate and chile and peppercorns and grilled chocolate sandwiches - absolutely dying!!!

    ps - love the new font, it is soooo you and what is funny is that I SWEAR I hadn't read blogs since before the inauguration and was considering doing something similar (great minds think alike)
