  1. I want to try to live simply.

I don't keep up with the Joneses - I buy a lot of vintage at flea markets and thrift stores. We buy more timeless toys for our children rather than many new things they will grow tired of or will break.

One more thing, last year we became a one car family. We have found ways to drive a lot less.

  2. I sort and resycle plastic, paper and bottels, and I'm also thinking of starting composting ...but then I must act and not only think about it, right? ;-)

Browsing through your links I just realized you've added me! .-) Thank you! That is soo adorable of you :-)

  3. Thanks for sharing! "d. sharp" good for you for becoming a one-car family! And vintage thrifting is SUCH a great way to green things up!

"M&Co", like I said before...baby steps. I started recycling, then got even better about it over time, and now I compost all my vegetable scraps and coffee grounds. My overall trash has reduced by more than a third and now sometimes I only need to put a can out once every two to three weeks! All things in time :)

  4. Wow, I feel like kind of a lump now having just invested in a joke-a-day calendar. What was I thinking, investing in a laugh or two? I could have been saving the planet. Ahhhh!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I always appreciate your thoughts. Your comment will appear as soon as I can publish it.

p.s. - Contrary opinions or constructive criticism are also fine but "The Bedlam" doesnt' serve as a platform for random (or anonymous) acts of offensiveness. Rude? Deleted.
